Carl Brazell again delivered with heroics at the plate, as he homered to drive in USC's first two runs and then singled home the winning run in the 14th (his 2nd walk-off hit of the year) to defeat Georgia. Heyward Tunstall pitched the first 13 innings and Johnny Cooley pitched a scoreless 14th to get the win.
