DYLAN VEAL
Offensive Guard
1987 / 1990
Macon, GA
Biography
Veal was a decorated high school lineman, being named the Macon Touchdown Club’s city Lineman of the Year in 1986 in addition to earning All-Middle Georgia and All-State honors. He also played in the prestigious Georgia-Florida All-Star Game in August 1987. Veal redshirted as a true freshman in 1987 and worked as a reserve guard in 1988 and 1989. He entered the 1990 season as a backup at guard, but started the season opener against Duke at left guard. An ankle injury suffered in that game was aggravated more severely against Florida State and kept him out some that year. He went on to a career in financial services in the Charlotte area.
