Biography
The son of a former Appalachian State football player, Watts was the top backup to Don Abraczinskas at left defensive end as the 1974 season opened. He went on to teach and be an assistant football coach at Science Hill High School as well as Happy Valley High School in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
