# 19 South Carolina 2 , Wake Forest 0
Columbia, SC
Carolina extended its home non-conference winning streak to 18 games as they shutout Wake Forest 2-0. For the second straight game it was the pair of freshman Jylissa Harris and junior Elexa Bahr accounting for two goals. Harris' goal came in the 32nd minute, as a pass by classmate Selma Sol Magnusdottir was headed in by Harris for the first goal in the game. The assist was Magnusdottir's third of the year and the goal Harris' second. Midway through the second period Harris zipped a pass that Bahr picked up just outside the box and put in her second goal of the season for an insurance goal. The 2-0 lead held up as Mikayla Krczeczowski recorded her 28th career shutout. That put her third all-time at USC and just one behind Sabrina D'Angelo for second place. USC will take on Coastal Carolina on Sunday, September 9th next.
